We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.What are you going to do?Deploy the standardized Quality Management System globally as per the company strategy;Establish a Quality Organisation to support the activities in all sites;Maintain and improve the Quality Management System globally;Lead the day-to-day Quality Management System tasks and activities;Develop the Internal and External Audit Program globally;Lead the Internal and External Audit Requirements;Ensure the Audit Program is executed per the plan;Support the Quality Organisation within the company, ensuring robust processes, cost excellence, and strong programs' execution in all functions (eg. Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.);Support the development and execution of the Quality Management and Quality Culture Strategy;Support the development and deployment of the overall Quality Policy and Quality Handbook;Growing a Process Quality Culture within all functions at the company;Assure the achievement of Quality Certification (ISO 9001, EN9100, AS9100, amongst all others);Implementation of leading metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools to benchmark and optimize process performance in Quality Management;Ensure global collaboration and synergies, as well as productivity, efficiency, and savings strategy fulfillment.What are we looking for?Bachelor's Degree in Science/Engineering or a related field;Extensive experience in the field of Business Process Development, Quality, Continuous Improvement and Change Management;Broad experience in business improvement of all business dimensions (Quality, M&S, PM, Engineering, Supply, Operations, Admin Functions);Proven experience in the Aerospace, Aviation, or similar industries;Deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems standards (ISO 9001);Previous experience with SAP Signavio;Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint);Creative and business-oriented;Very good analytical skills and critical thinking;Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills;High proficiency in English, spoken and written (mandatory).What do we have to offer you?Health Insurance;Feedback&Coffee – the system that includes Aubay's Performance Management Cycle, with regular moments of feedback and the Career Progression Model;Possibility of working remotely;A Training Academy designed to think of you and your needs.
