Senior Interior Designer - Architect - Luxury Property Development Litehaus is developing luxury properties in Cascais (Quinta da Marinha) and Melides, as well as modular and 3D Printed Homes.This is an exciting opportunity for an Interior Designer/Architect to join our team.Litehaus is a young and fast growing property development company with a startup mindset, and with a strong focus on sustainability as well as luxury.The primary function of the Interior Designer is a creative project production role focused on designing and supporting the day to day delivery of projects. We are doing both renovation of luxury villas as well as buying lands and building properties. We have our own portfolio of properties as well as capacity to work with third party clients.We love design and marketing. We think we can create value creation with beautiful design and good taste. We believe in disruption and doing thing differently.At Litehaus we are builder faster, cheaper and in a more sustainable way.We love beautiful homes and our first goal is to make our clients happy.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Design and Delivery of Project ContentCreate the project's design brief and work towards its successful deliveryPrepare documentation for client presentations, including the use of CAD drawings, sketches, 3D models, rendered elevations and mood imagery.Coordinates design proposals and development with internal and external design teamsReviewing of initial draft of drawing packages.Review drawing packages produced by external consultants and ensure the implementation of the design intent across all disciplines.Attends site visits, installation of goods to site meets with the specified project time frames.Up to 8-10 years proven experience managing high-end residential projects from inception through to completionUnderstanding of construction costs and a working knowledge of materials and suppliers and their respective costsResidential and luxury experience is a mustWell-versed in interior architecture including spatial planning, joinery, finishes, etcWell-versed in FF&E including furniture dimensions, suppliers, and price pointYou have good understanding of Quinta Da Marinha/Quinta Do Lago interior design styleQualifications• At least one industry recognised diploma or degree in interior design, interior architecture or furniture design.We would like to attract talent from all corners of the Property world for this role.
