LastPass is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (Electron Desktop):In this position, you'll contribute to a Web (JS/React) based desktop application operating within an Electron container. This application incorporates native OS elements and includes an Installer. Our dedicated support team swiftly assesses and addresses customer issues, prioritizing speed and excellence in resolution.What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?Engage in comprehensive requirement analysis, high-level planning and estimation with the Team.Collaborate closely with Product Managers and User Experience Designers to deliver features while meeting team deadlines.Address non-functional requirements like security, usability, and performance.Develop, test, and maintain the solutions within your teams domain.Create and maintain internal technical documentation.Engage in code reviews to ensure quality.Play a role in community-driven decision-making, maintaining coding and design guidelines, and shaping the technical roadmap.What does it take to work at LastPass?Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals, with practical application experience.Proficiency in frontend framework (React) and associated state management tools (Redux with Redux Saga).Experience in reading, debugging, and testing complex code, with a basic understanding of cryptography.Passionate about web development and committed to top-tier design principles.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.Collaborative and proactive mindset, keen to share and adopt best practices.Enthusiastic about learning and contributing across the Full Stack of application development.It's great, but not required: Knowledge in .NET or SWIFT is a plus, as we have native components.Experience with Electron is not required but a plus.Developing web applications in PHP.#J-18808-Ljbffr
