We foster a culture that values curiosity, creativity, and an unwavering pursuit of greatness.Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and high-performance frontend applications collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders.- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.- Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and proactively suggest innovative ideas to improve our frontend architecture and development processes.- Collaborate with the design team to ensure the translation of design concepts into functional frontend components.- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and intermediate frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.- Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy, monitor, and maintain frontend applications in cloud environments or on-premises infrastructure. Main requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on web-based applications.Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and frameworks, with a tech-agnostic mindset.Expertise in frontend technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and methodologies.Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and debugging techniques.Proven track record of delivering complex frontend projects on time and within budget.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
