This role combines the expertise of an Inbound Marketing Consultant with a strong focus on Customer Success . As a Senior Digital Marketing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing inbound marketing strategies for our clients while also taking on responsibilities associated with Customer Success Managers.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the customer success journey, ensuring customer satisfaction and advocacy;Work closely with customers to understand their ongoing needs and tailor inbound marketing strategies to achieve customer success;Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and competitive landscape to develop comprehensive inbound marketing strategies.Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising, using Hubspot and other marketing automation tools.Implement lead generation and lead nurturing workflows to maximize customer engagement and conversion rates.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and customer behavior using analytics tools to optimize marketing efforts and achieve ROI targets.Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling visual storytelling across marketing materials.Provide guidance and training to clients on inbound marketing best practices, Hubspot software, and other relevant tools.Support the Business Development team by contributing to inbound marketing proposals, and Pre Sales Meetings.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in inbound marketing or Hubspot are a plus.Proven experience in digital marketing strategy development and execution, preferably in a digital marketing agency or technology-focused environment.In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms.Familiarity with various inbound marketing tactics, such as content creation, email marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate marketing strategies.Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.A creative mindset and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.Fluency in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).If you are a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for digital marketing and marketing automation software, we would love to hear from you.
