Senior Controller

Provide financial reports to all the Units by collecting, analyzing and reporting appropriate data; Establish (in coordination with CFO) financial and operating reports, budgets and other analysis for the Group; Lead the Budgetprocess (in coordination with CFO), giving the proper framework to the Units to prepare a robust financial compass for their businesses; Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows; Implement accounting policies, practices and procedures adhering to national legal standards; Be the main sponsor of the usage or Primavera software, to make it an efficient and productive tool for all teams; Oversee and support the external Accounting team with dynamic leadership that enhances the quality and timings of the work delivered.Perfil idealBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting, or related field; At least 10 years of experience as a senior-level Accountant, Controller or Finance Manager; Professional working proficiency in English (writing and speaking); Good knowledge of PT Accounting and Tax rules; Proficient working experience in the ERP Primavera; Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel; Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail, in order to prepare accurate and valuable financial reports; Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment; Highly responsible and good team player, with concern to ensure compliance with deadlines while supporting the junior team members; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Dynamic, proactive and solutions-oriented profile, with a mindset for continuous improvement and processes/business tools implementation; Experience in multinational environment will be considered a plus.
