You will join the Enterprise Transformation Project Office team, currently consisting of 4 dedicated colleagues working in Denmark with all aspects of supporting transformation across our Enterprise Transformation department. Implement digital strategies across Global IT As our new Senior Business Support Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Leader of the Enterprise Transformation Project Office and the digital leadership team to develop and implement digital strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. You will work across the department – and at times, across Global IT – on optimization and innovation projects. With a good balance between recurring reporting tasks and innovative, ad hoc assignments, your workday will include: Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve departmental efficiency Providing guidance and support to leadership team members and colleagues in the digital department Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration to streamline and standardize processes Producing regular reports, including progress reports, financial reports, and other relevant reports as needed Supporting recruitment activities including, maintaining relationship with vendors, posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews and onboarding. Preparing for meetings, including creating agendas, preparing presentation materials, and distributing meeting minutes Curious and interested in digital transformation.
