A work permit isrequired, but not provided. This position is open for contractors.Tasks and responsibilities:Preparation of business requirements and approvalof specifications;Management of changes requests;Coordination and review of acceptance testing andplanning of deliveries;Reporting of status of IT module to stakeholders;Assistance with preparation of guidelines andtraining material;Assistance and/or participation in businessrequirements documents and other relevant documents;Interaction with the business analysts, customers,users, project leaders and the developers;Participation in working groups, progress meetingsand meetings with the users;Profile:Bachelor or Master's degree;+5/+7/+9 years relevant experience in businessanalysis;Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools andtechniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model,interaction diagrams etc.);Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other withequivalent value;Knowledge of Enterprise Architect is an advantage;Strong capacity in preparing and writing businessanalysis;Good knowledge of large organizationsadministrative business processes;Ability to give business and technicalpresentations;Very good communication skills with technical andnon-technical audiences;Analysis and problem solving skills;Capability to write clear and structured businessrequirements documents;Certificate in Agile methodology would be a plus;The Following countries are part of the European Union:Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic,Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy,Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania,Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
