Scientist, Applied Research (Antiperspirant)This role will be integral in developing data and sales tools to support our antiperspirant product line. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand and support customer needs.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for performance evaluation of existing and new antiperspirant and deodorant technologies to support business unit strategies.You will design experimentation on the bench with conventional and/or non-conventional/creative approaches that will lead to unique product claims and benefits (with new formula bases, raw ingredients and processing techniques)You will communicate data both internally and externally.You will practice safe laboratory procedures: understanding equipment and instructions, practice safe material handling and adhere to lab safety guidelines.Decision making Typically, you have the authority to make decisions related to methodologies and research approaches.
