Responsibilities: Participate in the survey of the company's business processes to understand requirements; Assist in developing a blueprint for ATP/ARUN processes, collaborating with stakeholders and architects; Develop Functional Design Documents (FDD) and consult with ABAP developers on customization needs; Configure SAP S/4HANA for ATP/ARUN processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices; Test developments and configurations to ensure functionality and alignment with requirements; Conduct functional testing and provide support during the testing phase; Develop user instructions and documentation for ATP/ARUN processes; Participate in end-to-end testing phases and provide support to related functional teams; Assist in the go-live process and provide post-launch support. Requirements: 4+ years SAP experience, specializing in ATP/ARUN processes, with practical experience in ERP for Retail, SAP FMS, or S/4HANA Fashion; Led 2+ full-cycle projects/sub-projects on ATP processes for fashion or retail companies, participating in at least two projects as lead consultant for aATP and ARUN; Recommended practical experience with SAP AFS and SAP CPI; Strong understanding of Fiori's approach and SAP for Retail and Fashion master data; Strong understanding of Fiori's approach, SAP for Retail and Fashion master data, and aATP/ARUN functionality interfacing definition (IDOCs, SOAP); Cross-functional experience with SD, MM, and LE; Strong ability to perform customization and development in SAP including setting up aATP and ARUN and ABAP/HANA technical knowledge; Good knowledge of fashion-specific functionality; Analytical skills, project participation experience, user training, and support abilities; Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment; Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members, business owners, and end-users; Quality and deadline oriented; Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
