Scoping of Sales process, detailing of scope into user stories and creation of product backlog. Execute Show & tell sessions during the project execution. Create training content and deliver Train the Trainer training Perform QA of functionality during sprints and different project phases. Mandatory Skills Expertise with SalesForce.com Experienced working in Sales processes for Manufacturing domain. Well versant with SFDC configuration and customization. Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels. Participate in business drawing Processes with respect to SFDC functionality. Participate in Stakeholder Meetings Lead the design of the To-Be Solution Architecture of target SFDC application implementation. Monitor and track project metrics and provide status updates to Key Stakeholders Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills. Desirable skills Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user centered analysis and evaluation techniques. Self-Starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
