What we're looking for: Fluency in Italian and Portuguese or English (mandatory);
Strong customer orientation;
Planning and organization skills;
Domain of computer tools;
Higher education and experience in similar roles are valued.

Help find used original auto parts for professionals and private customers in the automotive industry, through written and telephone communication.
Signup new customers;
Helping fulfil orders for customers;
Ensure the customer satisfaction, and follow up all steps and timings of orders.
Provide information on logistical issues and after-sales procedures.
