This role is not your typical customer service position; it's a sales role that requires prior sales experience and expertise in cold calling. As a B2B Outbound Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell products and solutions to businesses of various sizes and industries.
Your responsibilities and impact as a B2B Outbound Sales Agent will be:Contacting new and existing customers via telephone and email, identifying sales opportunitiesManage a portfolio (book of business) of small business clients with responsibility of growing revenue for their businessResearch and discover fundamental understanding of verticals/market/s industry and
