Job Details Sales Performance AnalystRole OverviewWe are seeking a talented Sales Performance Analyst to join our small, high performing Commercial Excellence team. We lead the development of Kantar's growth strategy and free up commercial teams to focus on selling. It is a varied and challenging role, often supporting ad hoc commercial requests and strategic business questions. You will need to build relationships and effectively collaborate with a diverse community of colleagues across Europe, the Middle East and Africa and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning : Support Finance and Commercial Leads with analysis that feeds into annual planning and monthly sales performance reviews.Visibility : Support the definition and reporting of core sales metrics. Develop analytical frameworks to evaluate sales performance and create a common set of KPIs to compare performance across markets.Predictability – Support sales forecasting and pipeline management analytics to increase the predictability of delivery of the sales plan.Productivity – Support sales teams to understand real attainment against sales targets, length of sales cycles, conversion rates, etc. to ensure Kantar can allocate resource where it most matters.Sales Compensation – Contribute to the design of analytical scenarios to align sales quotas with sales incentives.Opportunity – Act as an 'insights engine' for Country Leads, preparing key points for discussion and suggesting remediation plans to increase sales performance visibility and awareness.Role Requirements & CapabilitiesDegree level education in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Maths, or equivalent.Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills. Ability to structure and analyse complex datasets to derive meaningful insights.You take responsibility for doing a good job and are always a positive ambassador for your team and the wider business.You can be counted on to exceed goals. You demonstrate expertise and interest in your role and beyond, proactively contributing ideas that help to improve efficiency in ways of working.Good at determining the processes necessary to get things done and know how to organise activities. Able to juggle tasks to achieve team and business requirements.Able to accurately read, write and communicate effectively in English with senior stakeholders. Able to adapt communication style to be equally effective across a range of organisational, interpersonal, and ethnic styles.Nice to have experience of working in a cross-functional team in a complex matrix environment and to be someone who enjoys providing guidance and training.LocationPorto, R.
