Descrição Sales Management:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and revenue goals.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, track leads, and manage the entire sales cycle. Project Management:Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and design to installation and maintenance of RVMs.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical, logistics, and customer support, to ensure project milestones are met.Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently. Client Relations:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing regular project updates. Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.Provide market insights and feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies. Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and project management, preferably in the waste management, recycling, or related industries.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
Familiarity with environmental sustainability and waste management concepts is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
