We at Questax are a German personnel service provider and we are currently expanding and are looking for ambitious recruiters for our new location in Lisbon. We are specialised in recruiting high potentials from the IT, Finance and Engineering sector to work with us on a project basis. Tasks You acquire open project positions from your customers through telephone and personal presentation appointments, paving the way for new business areas. You advise and support your customers comprehensively with the aim of long-term cooperation. Together with our recruiting teams, you will find the ideal candidate in the right place at the right time. Leading the negotiations until conclusion with clear responsibility for sales volume Requirements You have completed a degree with a sales focus or comparable qualifications. You are passionate about sales and are particularly distinguished by your acquisition skills. You have excellent communication skills in English (not mandatory German), are eloquent and at the same time convincing in your arguments.
