We are looking for a Manager (>5 years of experience) to be part of the leading Industry X practice in Accenture. We are looking for a versatile profile with a broad understanding of Renewables, Smart Grid and Energy Transition. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the latest advancements in technology and how it can be applied to optimize operations and drive innovation in the energy and utilities domain. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis and technical:
Stay updated of the latest trends, developments, and competitive landscape in technology and engineering within the energy and utilities sector.Collaborate with technical teams to understand and articulate the value proposition of our solutions to potential clients.Business development:
Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand clients' unique challenges and requirements.Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the goals of the organization and addresses the specific needs of clientsIdentify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations and build strong relationshipsCreate compelling and customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations showcasing the benefits of Industry X solutions for clients.Effectively communicate the ROI and long-term advantages of our offerings.Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on trends and their potential impact on their operations.Business acumen:
Renewables and Capital Projects.Understanding of the lifecycle and value chain of Renewable projects (Wind, solar, battery storage, hybrid projects)Knowledge of key topics in pre-development, construction and O&M phases.Functional knowledge of the most usual tools and technologies required and used across the different phases.Asset Optimization in Oil, Gas and Utilities, combining engineering and technological approaches to reduce downtime, and maximizing asset lifespan.Smart Grid/DistributionUnderstanding of technical aspects and requirements of smart grid projectsFoundation of principles and concepts of electrical engineering.Knowledge in managing transmission grids, electrical systems and Transmission technologies, industry-specific regulations and standards.Familiar with the standards, regulations, and policies that govern the power sector.#LI-EU
