Liaise with other teams to maximise your chance of success Become proficient with our CRM to manage your pipeline, analyse data, export reports and build actionable and data-driven plans Explore new opportunities for the sales team to improve lead generation and conversion rate Become an expert on our portfolio of housing and services Learn how to work with activity and output targets to ensure your and your team's success Requirements Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate. Full-working proficiency in English and German is required, Portuguese, Italian, or Spanish is a plus. Some international background through work and/or study abroad is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in navigating social media platforms. Customer-focused mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional member experiences. Self-accountable and able to work independently without well-worn paths or established protocols. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Passion for real estate, shared living, and alignment with the Habyt mission.
