PEOPLECONQUEST RH is recruiting a Sales Advisor with the following profile:• Welcoming customers to our store and provide an exceptional Client experience in Store;• Be a brand ambassador representing it's values and concept;• Show, promote and sell our brands and products and promote cross selling ;• Provide the best client experience ensuring 100% satisfaction in each visit;• Manage all purchases, returns and exchange;• Continuously build and improve our CRM database with all our customers information and individual preferences respecting RGDP compliance;• Manage Store Inventories and stock control;• Manage Store visual merchandising;We are looking for highly motivated candidates, passionate about fashion and luxury retail who wish to belong to the Clients Community, with previous experience in similar roles; deep focus on customer service and service standards; excellent communication skills and empathy; availability to work weekends and night schedule; availability to work in Comporta area; fluency in English (other languages will be a plus).
