Job Description The Sales Support Administrator for our Portuguese Market provides administrative support to our customers & sales team. Sales Support Administrators play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction through the accuracy and efficiency of their work. Your main responsibilities on this role will be: Sales administration: Accurately processes sales orders and creating proforma invoices. Credit & Debit notes creation. Answer customer´s questions regarding the status of their orders, invoices, and related documentation. Additionally, you will be expected to provide information on stock availability, prices, and discounts. Generate reports on pending and sent sales lines for the sales team and specific key accounts. Customer Support: Assist with the decision on which Somfy product to specify for a solution. Provide phone technical support for both professionals and end-users. Create accounts, contacts, and cases for monitoring and action on customer satisfaction using Salesforce. Maintain close contact with Field Sales Rep. for escalation of professional incidents. Direct End Users calls to Leads to Somfy Experts. After Sales: Process returns merchandise authorizations (RMA) and send the goods to our warehouse, with an average of one shipment per day. Qualifications High School Degree or Tecnical Studies. Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role. Fluente in Portugese fluente & Professional English (Spanish is valuable but not required). Proficient in Office 365. Customer Satisfaction -orientated. Empathy & active listening skills. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to learn about Somfy products and have a technology-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of electricity is valuable but not required. Familiar with SAP and SalesForce is a plus but not mandatory.
