We also bring hospitality technology to other markets such as Outdoor, Apartments, Co-living, Healthcare, Maritime and other Sport and Leisure facilities.Job description/specificationWe are looking for a Sales Account Manager to be part of our team.The position will be based in the city of Maia in Portugal.ResponsibilitiesSourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails;Understanding customer needs and requirements;Explore new opportunities to upsell and/or cross-sell to the customers;Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure;Response to commercial leads;Submission of proposals.Sales to existing clients - Upsell and cross-sellRenewing Product /Services Contracts/SLAs;Periodic meetings/calls/e-meetings to monitor satisfaction;Regular follow-up contact to assess needs and deal with complaints to maintain trust;Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams;Play an integral part in generating new sales opportunities that will turn into long-lasting relationships;Deal qualifying, Proposal, negotiation, and closing;Deliver monthly reports and forecasts to the Sales Director and Subsidiary Director using internal sales tools;Participate in planned corporate and marketing activities during the year.Must HaveWe are looking for smart, good spirit, and talented people!Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration or related field;Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);Proven customer relationship experience;Previous experience in team management and managing unit / region / subsidiary operations;Nice to haveExperience in Hospitality;Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.What's great in the job?Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open culture;Real responsibilities and autonomy;Expand your knowledge of various countries and regions;Great career opportunity in a fast-evolving Technology company;Contribute to the greater experience of millions of Travellers around the World!A full-time positionAttractive salary package.Trainings5 days / year, including1 of your choice.HealthHealth insurance provided to all employees.Eat & DrinkOffice with Staff kitchen with free beverages (coffee, tea, …).#J-18808-Ljbffr
