Residential Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the residential department, assisting with daily tasks related to people management and operations;Assist with recruitment and selection of new consultants, regarding this department;Respond to consultants inquiries, concerns, and requests;Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and company policies.Post and update recruitment ads;Assure onboarding and offboarding tasks;Manage and monitor training sessions.Requirements:Proficiency in English;Experience in similar roles;Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong customer orientation, with a passion for creating positive resident experiences.Location: On-site –Lisbon, PRTIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
