Your background and what is important to usWe're looking for an experienced people manager with proven track record in sales management and a results driven way of working. You have a strategic vision to grow the business profitably in line with the EMEA strategy and you lead your team of +20 Sales Engineers in implementing it.You have successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering or relevant field of study and/or versatile experience gained through work experience. Knowledge of motors and drives industry is considered an advantage. You posses a good skill set in negotiation, interaction and cooperation with different cultures. You are fluent in English, while knowledge of any other language in the region is an asset.
