Pernod Ricard Portugal is hiring a Regional Key Account for the Commercial department for the North Zone of the Country. This person will have as main responsibilities:Knowledge of the channels and markets under scopeImplement company strategy in and negotiate with key regional Wholesalers and C&C, assuring a best-in-class execution at every point of contact and maximizing profitability for the Company and being efficient investmentManage allocated investment and promo plan per customerDevelop and propose plans for channel-based sales strategyForecast the sales of the managed customers in a short term and long-term basisAnalyze the estimated sales channels and communicate internally in order to avoid possible diversion of stocks or volume lossMonitor the supply chain and distribution systems are efficientBuild/propose Business cases to mitigate the volumes targets gaps / to accelerate the growth Engage and lead the indirect field sales team of his customersProfile:Academic degree or equivalentFluent in Portuguese (mandatory)+3 years experience in SalesKnowledge of the Portuguese marketResults orientedGrowth mindsetInnovation and continuous improvementCompany engagementTeam-work and cooperation;Planning and organizationNegotiation, Client relationship Management and Analytical thinkingFluency in Portuguese, English and SpanishResidency in Porto Metropolitan Area (preferable)Join our 19,000 employees around the world and become a Createur de Convivialité!Together, we make the perfect blend!Job Posting End Date:2024-04-14Target Hire Date:2024-05-01Target End Date:
