Ensures the portfolio is aligned with company's overall strategy in all aspects of site selection, acquisition, and disposition. Establishes and maintains standard methods and processes for capital budgeting and reporting, real estate transaction management and lease administration.Impact• Accountability for a department within a country, division, or regional sub- function.• Largely tactical with some input to strategy.
