Lead the competitor and patent watch process for a defined area and carries out IP/FTO landscaping for the projects. Take specific initiative on self-training programs related to job responsibilities. Flexibility to apply skills across different areas in the R&D function, e.g. synthesis, application, analysis. Builds a network within the local technical and commercial teams and support services. Exhibit SHE ownership through own behaviours to set local standards. Pro-actively identify, report on and improve safety related issues using available tools and systems. Ensuring compliance with the occupational safety and health standards defined by the company, namely in the prevention of accidents, in emergency situations and in the proper use of PPE.
