Quality Assurance Manager

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Manager for the Telepizza brand, reporting to the our General Manager. The workplace will based in Quinata do Anjo, Setúbal, but you'll need to be present around all our stores.
Your mission role will be: Ensure and continuously improve the quality of the products and services provided by the company, with a focus on the production and distribution chain. Operate in accordance with the company's established quality standards and industry regulations, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction and uphold the brand's reputation in the market.
Your main responsabilities: Develop and maintain the Quality Management System;Manage and implement the IFS (International Featured Standards);Manage the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) systems;Develop and implement internal work procedures to ensure compliance with the HACCP Plan;Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations;Define and monitor quality testing of products and raw materials;Promote training and raise awareness among teams about quality practices;Monitor and respond to customer feedback to enhance quality;Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and products;Prepare regular reports on quality performance.We're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Food Engineering, or other relevant field;3+ years of proven experience in Quality Systems Management, preferably in the food sector;In-depth knowledge of national and international regulations related to Quality, HACCP, etc.;Strong analytical skills and critical thinking; Proficient in MS Office tools, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;English and Spanish proficiency at an intermediate (B level) is required.As part of our team, you'll enjoy: Working with an extraordinary team of intelligent, creative, fun and motivated people;Company vehicle provided to facilitate seamless travel across all company locations;Flexible working hours;Work from home options;Lots of pizza :)If you believe you match the offer, we look forward to meeting you!
