Quality Assurance Manager

The quality manager will be responsible for coordinating the quality management system and ensuring that Batherafarm successfully obtains all the necessary certifications as well as ensuring efficient internal processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the cultivation and manufacturing teams as well as with technical direction to guarantee good departmental integration.Responsibilitieso   Implement and maintain a quality management system (QMS) in conformity with GACP and GMP criteria.o   Ensure the daily management of the QMS.o   Liaise with authorities and guarantee the adequate preparation and documentation for inspections.o   Lead certification processes for the export of medical cannabis into foreign markets.o   Create and validate procedures as well as any other support documentation.o   Register, verify and analyse deviations, complaints and recalls.o   Coordinate, prepare and execute internal and external audits.o   Ensure supplier qualification.o   Provide internal training on matters pertaining to the quality management system.o   Implement strategies for continuous improvement of processes and procedures.o   Work alongside and assist the Technical Direction.Qualifications:o   Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent.o   3+ years of previous experience in a similar position.o   Previous experience and knowledge of the cannabis industry is preferred.o   Solution-oriented and priority management.o   Flexibility and efficiency when working through period of fast change/growth.o   Strong team management skills.o   Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.o   Fluency in English (compulsory).If you want to take part in this rapidly growing project at the forefront of its industry, send us your CV to: ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
