The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance methodologies and automation tools, along with the ability to work closely with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java to validate functionality, performance, and scalability of software applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Utilize Gitlab for version control and collaboration on test automation codebase.Use JIRA for test case management, defect tracking, and project management.Implement test case design and execution using Xray for JIRA, ensuring traceability and coverage.Identify and prioritize test cases for automation, considering risk, complexity, and frequency of use.Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects, performance issues, and other quality concerns.Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and automation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.Strong proficiency in Java programming language.Experience with Selenium WebDriver for automated testing of web applications.Familiarity with Gitlab for version control and collaboration.Proficiency in using JIRA for test case management and defect tracking.Knowledge of Xray for JIRA for test case design and execution is a plus.Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Fluent in Portuguese and English.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are desirable but not required.Benefits:Competitive salaryComprehensive health and wellness benefitsProfessional development opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive work environmentHow to Apply:Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and cover letter to ******.
