Responsibilities: - Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and contribute to the development process from a quality perspective. - Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to identify software defects and ensure product quality. - Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data. - Use defect tracking systems to report, track, and manage software defects and issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and debug issues and provide timely resolutions. - Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives. - Contribute to the improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools. - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance. Main requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or related roles. - Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. - Knowledge of web technologies (E.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs). - Experience with version control systems (E.g., Git). - Experience in manual testing, test case design, and test execution. - Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools. - Understanding of mobile testing and testing frameworks. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
