Purchasing Trainee (M/F/X)

Responsibilities: Support the purchasing function within the business; Manage Material-Creation and maintenance; Manage Contract-Creation and maintenance; Request, track and validate order acknowledgements; Collect and assess data related to blocked invoices and provide analysis in case of escalations; Support the transfer of activities from international legal entities into the service organization. Requirements: Fluent in English (German or other European language is a plus); Background in Accounting, Logistics or Business Management; Knowledge of MS office tools; Communication skills and cooperative mindset; High level of accountability and accuracy; Eligible for IEFP Trainee Program.
