YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM You support in the further development and implementation of our group-wide sustainability strategy (ESG), including action tracking and progress reporting You develop, plan, and manage cross-departmental sustainability-related projects, as well as develop and implement appropriate processes You support in the definition, collection, and preparation of company-relevant sustainability indicators within the framework of sustainability reporting You coordinate and collaborate with all departments on sustainability-related issues You engage in networking – establishing, developing, and maintaining professionally relevant networks (internal/external) You maintain close coordination with the management of the Körber-wide sustainability initiative. YOUR PROFILE You have successfully completed university studies, ideally with a focus on sustainability/environmental management or natural/engineering sciences, business administration with a corresponding major You bring first professional experience in sustainability or environmental management in consulting firms, international industrial companies, or relevant sustainability institutions Your knowledge spans several advantageous topics, including sustainability performance management, sustainability reporting (CSDR, GRI, GHG Protocol), materiality analysis, product sustainability, decarbonization, environmental management, sustainability ratings, and SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) You possess knowledge in project management and/or process methods You demonstrate very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint You have excellent communication skills in English (German is a big plus) and are familiar with office, communications, and sharing tools Your work approach is analytical, independent, and structured You exhibit a confident demeanor, initiative, and high communication and teamwork skills You are enthusiastic about sustainability and demonstrate high persuasion and assertiveness.
