Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big: Forge international partnerships across departments to establish data-driven and end-to-end process specific solutions;Support projects with analytical tools and techniques to improve supply chain resilience and efficiency;Lead and contribute to analytical logistics projects using Agile methodologies, promoting efficiency and adaptability;Design and deliver compelling data visualizations to convey insights to operators and managers in logistics and beyond;Investigate, apply and operationalize Machine Learning and AI techniques to foster innovation within logistics;Engage with process automation tools to enhance operational workflows.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you: Education: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience, or a Master's/Ph.D. with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Language Proficiency: Business-level fluency in English, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Technical Skills:Agile methodology adeptness, with solid project management skills and experience using JIRA and Confluence. Strong logistics background, including material planning, procurement, and delivery process understanding. Advanced knowledge of data engineering, modeling, analytics, and visualization (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python). Familiarity with software development and deployment is a plus.
Desirable Skills: A keen interest or foundational skills in Machine Learning and AI. Understanding of Process Automation, including RPA, DPA, and Process Mining, is advantageous.
