Project Management Officer - Pmo

We are looking for a Project Management Officer for one of the most relevant companies in the energy sector.
- Support the project management, the development of new software/system implementation, improvements, and launching of an IT new product and service to all business areas;
- Ensure that the deliverables are delivered on time and within budget, scope, etc;
- Ensure project evolution, control the change management tasks, defining deadlines for milestones and deliverables;
- Work with Project Sponsors and Stakeholders, ensure the measurement of stakeholder perceptions of a program, project, or initiative;
- Conduct regular meetings with all IT providers and business areas;
- Provide and align with project team members on the project status, issues, change management, etc;
- Guarantee the project plan and control, the forecast, and real progress;
- Manage the whole IT Ticket cycle: from the end user reporting until resolving that issue or service request.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies or other related areas;
- Experience with Project Management (ideally Agile);
- Experience in requirements management (collect, analyze, and challenge needs);
- Ability to produce documentation in a clear and concise way;
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, design, and analyze business processes (as-is and to-be), and lead process analysis workshops;
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development;
- ITIL certification and BPM knowledge is a plus;
- Knowledge of the Navision or BC system is a plus.
- Integration in an innovative and high-investment project;
- Project development with international relevance;
