Program Purchasing (M/F/D).

Req ID Ponte de Lima, Portugal We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our Program Purchasing Inflators Team in Ponte de Lima, Portugal Main accountabilities, responsabilities and deliverables: Manage programs (purchasing interface for PM, Engineering, Production and Sales manufacturing, cross functional support); Support Commodity in negotiation for annual contracts (e.g. consignment warehouse contracts); Ensure capacities of suppliers, support short-, medium- and long-term capacity management; Execute and track orders for sample parts and tools, monitoring delivery and termination dates; Develop, coordinate, and implement part family strategies together with the relevant commodities; Initiate risk assessments and participate in technical reviews, escalation processes, etc; Identify and track savings and improvement potential e.g. VA/VE and BOM (Bill Of Material) management; Create product calculations; Establish solid interface to commodities for exchanging all relevant information. Required skills and experience / main competences: Technical or Economic Studies - University of Applied Sciences (engineering or industrial engineering), Business Management with technical background or Technical Diploma in Business Administration; Well-founded technical understanding about products and processes; Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, flexibility, ability to work in an international team and decision oriented; Fluent in English and Portuguese language; Knowledge in SAP and German is preferred.
