Functions• Responsible for leading the PMO incl. resource management and ensuring that it is aligned strategic objectives. • Provides oversight and governance of all projects to ensure alignment with the PM governance. • PM related KPIs consolidation, monitoring and development• Develops and implements project management standards, processes and tools (software). • Aligns PM capacities together with PGMs. • Captures and monitors program development related resources (e. g. DCS)• Organizes and moderates various review meetings like Program, Gate and Lessons Learnt• Captures and shares project information and best practices. • Measures and evaluates PMO effectiveness. Required experience:• Experience in PMO leadership roles and proven track record establishing and enforcing project governance standards• Experience in the automotive (supplier) industry• Experience in developing and implementing Program Management methodologies. • Experience in international company environment• Experience in Project management and/or Controlling is a plusRequired qualifications:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management or Engineering• Certification in Project Management (e. g. , PMP)• Fluent in business English (spoken and written) and other languages a plus• Organizational and analytical skills• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of- functional collaboration and- orientationOfferOpportunity to join a challenging project in a rapidly expanding company, where you will have the chance to add value;Attractive contractual conditions in line with your experience.
