For further information, please visit the following links: and PLEASE NOTE: as part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in thecountry of your citizenship.What will be your main missions?Our Seat Structure Systems Division is looking for a Productivity Buyer for its Portugal Frames site in VIE.The Productivity Buyer is responsible for improving plant OI regarding production parts from external suppleirs, but also the suppliers performance in production (quality, cost, delivery) for several plants, in line with purchasing strategy.The main missions of the role are:Contribute to the identification and implementation of productivity actions (product / process) for cost reduction, in close coordination with Commodity teamsMonitor productivity performance for supplier perimeter through cross-functional teamwork in the plants under his/her responsibility (i.e. productivity committees). Present to the plants management board the productivity planChallenge Commodity Buyers to achieve the Purchasing Budget for his/her plantsFor most critical topics, support the Supply Chain team to improve supplier deviation in Misdeliveries Per Million (MPM)Be involved in the kick off in program phase to prepare the start of Production.
