We are looking for a Product Owner - CRM with Microsoft Dynamics Experience to join our team and help us deliver innovative solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the features and requirements of our CRM products, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the quality and value of the delivered solutions.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the product manager, development team, and clients to define and prioritize the product backlog and roadmapWrite user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases for the CRM features and functionalitiesManage the scope, schedule, and budget of the CRM projects and ensure alignment with the business objectives and expectationsConduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify and validate the customer needs and pain pointsReview and provide feedback on the design, development, and testing of the CRM solutionsFacilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review, and sprint retrospectiveCommunicate effectively and proactively with the internal and external stakeholders and manage their expectations and feedbackEnsure compliance with the quality standards, best practices, and guidelines for the CRM productsRequirementsexperience as a product owner, business analyst, or project manager in the CRM domainStrong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its modules, such as sales, marketing, customer service, and field serviceExperience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFeExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAttention to detail and customer orientationIf you are interested please message me with your cv#J-18808-Ljbffr
