The ideal candidate will work in close partnership across the company, taking input from teams across the business and technology functions.
About you
Execute product roadmaps under the strategic direction of the Product Manager.Run and organise the product backlog across maintenance work, improvements and new feature development.As part of this, drive appropriate prioritisation of features and bugs to steer the Scrum Team in the right direction across the products.Work closely with the Product BA and Product Manager to feed detailed business requirements, that can be turned into clear technical scopes the Scrum Team can execute on.Work closely with the Scrum Team, including Development and QA teams, to enable work package to flow through the pipeline, from sizing through to build, testing and closure.Test relevant software builds from an end-user point of view to ensure the new functionality matches the signed-off business requirements.Coordinate the various Scrum sessions including ticket triaging to review new requests, categorise and follow through appropriately, proactively keeping business users in the loop.Regularly and proactively communicate progress updates to business stakeholders and the Product Manager, ensuring timeliness and quality of new releases.Closely monitor progress against key milestones (epics, software releases) to enable delivery of the overall roadmap(s) and improvements to the software across Desktop, and Web products.Demonstrate progress made to stakeholders, for instance via Show and Tell sessions, and collect relevant feedback using a range of channels.Proactively collate ideas from internal teams, client interactions and broader research, to feed into the product discovery pipeline.
