The Product Strategy department plays a crucial role in Cegid's success by defining and executing a product strategy that enhances the excellence and competitiveness of products in the market. This strategy is built on the company's strategic objectives and a forward-looking vision.
The challenge we have for you: Be the Product Manager for Cegid solutions in the Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) and Payroll areas, with the following key responsibilities for these products:
- Define the product vision and its roadmap.
- Design the functional architecture of the
product in collaboration with Product Owners.
-Conduct market analyses, including competitive analyses.
- Build business cases and define the ROI of features.
- Define product pricing and entry/positioning strategies.
- Manage and track financial KPIs.
- Manage the Go to Market with stakeholders (R&D, QA, Consulting, Training, Customer Care, Pre-sales).
- Support the production of marketing and training content.
Profile- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/similar, or Accounting/Management/similar.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or financial services industry.
- Solid knowledge of the Certified Accounting Professionals (CPA) market.
- Familiarity with tax preparation processes, auditing, financial reporting, and accounting.
- Solid knowledge of the Payroll solutions market.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and customer-centric product development.
- Proficiency in product management tools and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strategic vision and capacity.
- English proficiency (B2).
