About the role: As a Procurement System Administrator, you will play a crucial role within our Procurement Operations Team for Europe. Your primary responsibilities will include validating supplier requests, handling registration questionnaires, and diligently following up on our ticketing tool.

What you will do: Provide first-line support to stakeholders regarding supplier requests and ensure the validation of internal and external questionnaires.
Review requisitions for quality, ensuring compliance with procurement processes and procedures.
Maintain price lists and other data related to the source-to-pay process.
Validate, correct, and distribute purchase requisitions through SAP Ariba Guided Buying.
Follow up with suppliers on agreed-upon enablement activities and any missing documents.
Assist material planning teams in factories or planning hubs with procurement-related tasks.
Contribute to identifying and implementing effective solutions within a matrix organization.
Who you are: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent field.
Preferred minimum of two years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
Familiarity with Office 365 and SAP Ariba Guided Buying.
Flexible - readily adapts to change and new systems and methods.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
