What you'll doYou will serve as a project and process manager for the Offline Wholesale Team.You will independently be driving projects end-to-end and delegating cross-team support as needed.You will be responsible to find, propose, and test process optimizations within our revenue/wholesale operations.You will drive the streamlining of our various, manual data sources—into centralized sources-of-truth to be used by sales teams, marketing and supply chain.You will collaborate with the global technology team on tech implementations / rollouts that will impact sales daily life for wholesale.Who we're looking forYou have at least 1 year of experience in sales revenues, revenue optimizations, revenue grow.You are a Bachelor degree holder of Management, Sales, Economics or any equivalent degree.You are comfortable leveraging technology for sales workstreams.You have strong interpersonal skills and can manage stakeholders across different cultures.You have strong communication skills and can simplify complex ideas for different audiences.You are practical and impact-oriented—driving initiatives that have concrete business impact and prioritizing based on impact-effort.You have a strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn by doing.You want to explore new opportunities within wholesale excellence.What we offerA combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals.The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team.Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA.To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events.
