This is your world and your opportunity to shape it for the better.Job PurposeThe Global Marketing Process Engineering Team holds the accountability for the evolution and enhancement of reports and dashboards, which accurately reflect the marketing budget.This team is instrumental in designing, optimizing, standardizing, and automating global marketing business processes through the application of diverse tools and methodologies.They oversee the control and implementation of these processes, thereby facilitating marketing success through the intelligent and agile management of resources and processes required for the execution of marketing initiatives.The overall purpose is:(1) to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the budget performance of the multiple regions/countries within the global marketing unit by collecting and interpreting data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.(2) to coordinate the behavior of people, systems, and information to produce business outcomes in support of the global marketing strategy. It will help to reduce the business operational costs and workload by decreasing waste and rework, and by increasing the overall global marketing efficiency.The Process Engineering & Reporting Analyst is responsible for ensuring that Global Marketing reporting and process outcomes are in harmony with the organization's strategic goals, included in an international environment that involves working with a mix of stakeholders across the multiple regions/countries.Works collaboratively across the Global Marketing organization departments to help improving business processes, from beginning to end, introducing innovative processes that impact results, enhance profitability, fit the stakeholder´s needs and assist the organization to meet its business objectives.Position Duties and Responsibilities:Develops, improves, updates and maintain the budget management dashboards, proposing strategies to improve data quality and reliability.Develops and implements data collection systems and strategies to optimize data quality and efficiency.Engages in intensive collaboration with various other functions, including Finance, Procurement, among others
