Process Engineer

Job Description:As a Process Engineer, the main focus of this role is to monitor the production process and track any changes to improve the process.Manage various means to ensure process adjustmentsFollow the goals of the Engineering departmentActively contribute to the development of the departmentResponsibilities:Ensure process modifications do not have a negative impact on productionEnsure the necessary modifications to assembly lines, functional tests and carry out timely actions to promote their correct functioningEnsure the management of means of production, etc. so that they meet factory and customer requirementsEnsure process improvement and prepare the department's spending and investment budgetEnsure programming changes or improvements (PLC) in production linesWork on improving the balance of production linesCarry out functional tests on the lines to ensure their proper functioningParticipate in the management of production resources so that they meet factory and customer requirementsParticipate in the PFMEA, RFMEA and MFMEA processProvide support to the Maintenance departmentManage department staff (selection, training, etc.) encourage and actively participate in improvementKnow the general procedures of the Lear Corporation Group, as well as those that directly affect the jobMaintain order and cleanliness at your workstationComply with the requirements in force in the company regarding the Environment, Health & Safety at workRequirements:University degree in mechanical engineering or any relevant technical diplomaMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar positionFluent in Portuguese and English#J-18808-Ljbffr
