It is our goal to embed the concept of privacy in the way Ferring does business. Our Global Privacy Policy makes the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) the common standard for all Ferring entities globally. You will contribute to the continuous development of our data protection framework by e.G., supporting the business in setting up privacy compliant processes and solutions.In order to raise awareness and manage local implementation, a network of 30+ privacy ambassadors has been established. As part of the Global Privacy Office, you will work with this network and provide training and guidance as needed to further drive implementation of our privacy program globally.Your day at FerringReporting to the Head of Global Privacy in Denmark, you will be trained depending on your background. An introduction to the different tasks will be provided during the onboarding and training period. Your responsibilities will be:Support the Global Data Protection Officer and Global Privacy Office in the execution of compliance with data protection regulations, as well as the implementation of privacy related policies, projects, and initiatives across Ferring and jurisdictions.Raise awareness on internal privacy procedures and privacy topics to develop a privacy-aware working culture and create guidance on key concepts.Support in managing, investigating, and responding to data breaches, data subjects' requests, and complaints, ensuring timely response and compliance documentation
