We will set the highest quality standard, collaborate, and work hard to achieve critical goals on-time, on-budget - delivering value across the organization and delighting our customers.As PortfolioReporting Analyst you will be a key member of the GBS Project Services Operations Team reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will support our project demand management process (intake and qualification), provide management and maintenance of the delivery methodology, templates, and tools, and provide data analysis and insights to the delivery and leadership teams.The Portfolio Reporting Analyst assumes responsibility for enhancing and refining reporting capabilities associated with resource management, demand management, costs, and revenue. This includes analysing performance metrics, identifying trends, and supervising key performance indicators (critical metrics) within the Project Portfolio.
