DescriçãoIntegration of Processes: Your role involves overseeing the seamless integration of portfolio, program, and project processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals; Driving Continuous Improvement: You will identify, propose, and lead continuous improvement initiatives, actively seeking opportunities to enhance project and portfolio management standards, processes and practices; Developing Project Portfolio Dashboards: You will develop and maintain project portfolio dashboards to provide comprehensive insights into project goals, dependencies, risks, and issues, among other pertinent insights; Analyzing Project Data: Gathering and analyzing project data will be a key aspect of your role, enabling you to identify weaknesses and opportunities, and escalate any time-related or budgetary challenges effectively; Providing Guidance and Training: You will liaise with project team members, offering support, guidance and training on standards and best practices to be employed throughout the project lifecycle; Ensuring Compliance: It will be your responsibility to audit and ensure that all projects align with PMO and company standards and adhere to relevant federal laws and regulations. Perfil idealBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Professional experience working as a Project Manager or PMO; In-depth understanding of project management principles, practices, and methodologies; Knowledge with Microsoft365; Good English level (spoken and written).
