col-wideJob Description:Description de l'entrepriseCompany DescriptionAlter Solutions Portugal is an IT Consultancy Company, promoter of Digital Transformation, part of the Alter Solutions Group, created in 2006, in Paris.In 2022, Alter Solutions joined the act digital group, constituting a global community of talent in Technology, with presence in eleven countries: Germany, Belgium, Canada, Brazil, United States of America, Spain, France, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal and Serbia.In Portugal, we partner with 120 clients and a team of 500 people, working in projects for industries as diverse as banking, insurance, transportation, aviation and energy.Headquarters of the Nearshore IT center, we have a dedicated team of around 30 specialized professionals, integrated into projects with several internationally renowned clients.FOR MORE INFO, CHECK OUR CHANNELS:Website:LinkedIn:Instagram:Youtube:Facebook:Description du posteJob description:Responsible of the project management of 2 Agile squads (25 staffs – 20% Paris and 80% Lisbon) under the responsibility of the Release Manager.Responsible of the creation, follow-up of projects KPIs and planning that will lead to successful Sprints and Releases.Manage the priorities, analyzes and unblock complex situation on daily basis of the squads.Act as a leader between the delivery Manager, the development lead and the development team on various activities: Planning, Estimation, Daily meeting, KABAN etc.Elaborate a strategy (tooling, ways of working, governance, KPIs, staff plan, …) for the squadsPropose continuous improvement ideas in order to improve the efficiency of the squads.Main Duties:In coordination with DAFNE Program teams, define the functional and technical roadmap of the squads to ensure success in milestones and delivery quality.Assign activities, priorities to the squad in order an optimal quality and efficiency in the development process.Ensure with Release Manager, Delivery Manager, stakeholders in Paris a strong project governance of the squads.Monitor and supervise risks management.Act as an escalation point for the squads in charge.Ensure proper and timely reporting toward line and functional management.Plan and manage overall squads for the projectAct as backup for Delivery Manager in his absenceFew recurring business trip (max 1 week every 2-3 month)QualificationsCompetencies:Very strong background in Program/Project Management, with leading development teams of 20+ staffs.Certification in Project Méthodologies (PMI, Agile, etc.).Capacity to lead, and work as a team to reach common goals.Capacity to communicate perfectly in both verbal and writing.Languages:English and French C1 MandatoryInformations supplémentairesMust be Receptive for an hybrid regime (2x per week in Lisbon)
