Planner Supply Chain

[[Supply Chain Planner]] Duties & Responsabilities Plan and readjust the production plan at each moment taking into account resource needs, as well as the availability of equipment to satisfy orders just in time, using forecasts or firm orders from customers; Calculate capacities in each sector and planning the respective loads, promoting balanced production loads on production equipment and correct personnel allocation; Carry out planning of needs for finished products, semi-finished products, raw and subsidiary materials, with a view to adapt all means and resources to satisfy customer orders; Ensure the flow of materials, people, manufacturing orders, customer order notes, equipment, systems transportation and other factory resources; Follow and monitor the evolution of manufacturing/production orders, aiming at verification and reducing times and costs; Follow, monitor and launching alerts for critical levels of raw materials or consumables (to avoid stockouts); Supervise production planning, avoiding stock outages or pending orders, adapting the means and resources for shipping customer orders; Actively participate in continuous improvement programs that improve efficiency, productivity and quality; Use of ERP to support Planning management Monitor and participate in the implementation of ERP improvements Respect the rules of the 5S system implemented in all sectors Respect and guarantee the rules of Environment, Safety, Hygiene and Health at Work
