Your Main Activities Are Under the responsibility of the local Finance Manager based in Lisbon Office, the Financial Controller team leader will perform the following activities Assure that the tasks performed by the team are performed in a timely manner, ensuring the quality of the service, by monitoring and managing the activities of the each team member, taking into account the Group guidelines Provide guidance to the team members on how to solve/deal with when it is required a senior expertise or when a new procedure is in place Implement the right controls to secure the output, improve the processes and maintain the procedures updated Generate ideas for process improvements with respect to the processes in scope and ensure high quality and efficient work Participation in the creation of a KPIs framework to evaluate the team's performance against the client expectations Manage and develop the human resources by recruiting, organizing the annual appraisal and the development plan Preparation of the necessary information and analysis to support the Management (presentations, analysis files)
